1.Coconut grated-2 cups
2.Mango-1 no(with good sourness preffered)
3.Ginger chopped-4 tsp
3.Curry Leaves-1 stem
4.Green chilli-5 nos(may vary)
5.Coconut oil-1 tp
6.Shallots-4 nos
7.Mustard seeds-1 tsp
8.Coconut oil-1 tsp

How to make Coconut Mango Chutney
Grind together 1 to 6 ingredients in a mixer w/o adding water.
Splutter some mustard seeds and put some curry leaves...Add this seasoning to the chutney mixture..Serve with rice..
